•MENC Member Update: Special Announcement for MENC Members -- Help Start a Tri-M Chapter!
I am sure you know a middle school or high school music teacher who does not have a Tri-M Music Honor Society chapter at their
school. Many teachers say they can't start a Tri-M chapter because of funding. MENC has an answer!
Please check out the flyer we now have available online Tri-M Member Donor form (in pdf), find a potential donor to forward it to, and encourage your middle or high school music colleague to work with that donor
to start a Tri-M chapter this fall.
Tri-M and the students in these programs are the future of music education! Tri-M validates our students' music success while
offering leadership training and service opportunity. Tri-M members are the best candidates to become music teachers. Tri-M
members that do not become music teachers will become community leaders who will be music education's strongest advocates.
If every MENC member were to help start JUST ONE Tri-M chapter, amazing results for music education would come of it!
